This report is critical analysis of the fundamental cause of the persistent tendencies of corruption and resource mismanagement in Health Sector. This report identifies policy implementation and enforcement gaps that have fundamentally precipitated corruption in the Health Sector in Uganda and provides a consensus from stakeholders on recommendations to address them.
